The Polar Domes Rat Hockey sessions are an opportunity for players to play a game of hockey in an unregulated, unsupervised, non-stress environment. It’s a great way to get extra game playing and practice time.

Absolutely: NO CHECKING or Un Sportsmen-like conduct. Players found to be overly aggressive will be asked to leave without a refund. Please Remember:

For Rat Hockey full equipment is always required by all players regardless of age. Any player under the age of 18 MUST have a USA HOCKEY approved neck guard.
All players must sign in immediately upon entering the facility or online. The Polar Dome staff has the right to ask for I.D. to show proof of age! We ask that children under the age of 15 must have a parent/guardian present during the skater’s session.

Hockey Skills sessions are an opportunity for players of all ages to practice skating, shooting, stick handling, passing, and much more. Coaches can also visit during this time to do one on one lessons with individuals. Please see our calendar to pick the time/date that best suits your schedule.

Helmet, Gloves, Sticks & Skates are always required by all players. Players under the age of 18 must be in FULL gear including a USA HOCKEY approved neck guard.
All players must sign in immediately upon entering the facility or online. The Polar Dome staff has the right to ask for I.D. to show proof of age!
We ask that children under the age of 15 must have a parent/guardian present during the skater’s session. Parents are welcome to sit/relax in our Famous Alpine Room.

Adult Hockey Instructional sessions are an opportunity for players to perfect the skills needed to play a game of hockey. The first 30 minutes of this one hour session will be instructional skill development, (coach(s) provided) including but not limited to edge work, agility, puck control, stick handling, shooting and more! The second 30 minutes of this class will be putting your skills to test in a scrimmage game.
