The festival is open rain or shine.  



Tickets are not for resale. The festival offers a direct refund process and legitimate process for resale through our ticket system, tickets purchased or obtained through any third-party source will not be honored. Tickets found to be listed, offered, or sold via unauthorized channels will be cancelled without refund and will not be valid for admission.

Only the customer who purchased tickets through our ticket system may submit for a limited refund, less convenience and processing fees, and only up to 11:59 PM Thursday before the event date printed on the ticket. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased after 11:59 PM Thursday for the upcoming weekend are not-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment on our ticket system. Each ticket refund will be reduced by $5.00 for the ticket reservation, convenience and processing fees for securing and refunding the tickets. Only single day tickets or the entire group purchase of group tickets are eligible for a limited refund. Fractions thereof are not refundable. Annual 4-Day, 7-Day and 19-Day tickets are not eligible for refunds.
