Adult Hockey Instructional
Adult Hockey Instructional sessions are an opportunity for players to perfect the skills needed to play a game of hockey. The first 30 minutes of this one hour session will be instructional skill development, (coach(s) provided) including but not limited to edge work, agility, puck control, stick handling, shooting and more! The second 30 minutes of this class will be putting your skills to test in a scrimmage game.

Absolutely: NO CHECKING or Un Sportsmen-like conduct. Players found to be overly aggressive will be asked to leave without a refund.

Please Remember:
 Full equipment is always required by all players regardless of age.
All players must sign in immediately upon entering the facility or online.
All players must be 18 years of age or older to participate. The Polar Dome staff has the right to ask for I.D. to show proof of age!
