New to hockey? Played as a youth and want to get back into it? Looking for a fun physical activity that isn’t just going to the gym? Adult Hockey Instructional sessions allow players to perfect the skills needed to play the game of hockey. This hour-long instructional session helps with skills development, including but not limited to edge work, agility, puck control, stick handling, shooting and more! This is achieved through drills to hone in specific skills, and games to keep the experience fun yet challenging.
Absolutely: NO CHECKING or Un Sportsmen-like conduct. Players found to be overly aggressive will be asked to leave without a refund.

Full equipment is always required by all players regardless of age.
All players must sign in immediately upon entering the facility or online.
All players must be 18 years of age or older to participate. The Polar Dome staff has the right to ask for I.D. to show proof of age!
