Stick and Puck
Polar Dome Stick & Puck sessions are an opportunity for players of all ages to practice skating, shooting, stick handling, passing, and much more. Please see our calendar to pick the time/date that best suits your schedule.

Please Remember:

Helmet, Gloves, Sticks & Skates are always required by all players. Players under the age of 18 must be in FULL gear including a USA HOCKEY approved neck guard.
All players must sign in immediately upon entering the facility or online. The Polar Dome staff has the right to ask for I.D. to show proof of age!
We ask that children under the age of 15 must have a parent/guardian present during the skater’s session. Parents are welcome to sit/relax in our Famous Alpine Room.
