To ensure you have the best possible visit, please take note of the following important guidelines.

IMPORTANT: Please have your government-issued ID and the physical credit card used to make the booking available. Failure to provide valid ID and credit card will result in cancellation, and a different form of payment will be required for same-day rebooking upon check-in.

Park Hours & Weather:
Visit nrh2o.com/hours for current operating hours. In the event of inclement weather, please check our social media (e.g., Facebook) for updates.

Tickets & Seating Assignments:

Tickets and seating assignments will be issued at check-in.
Will-call is available at the front gate ticket booth windows for guests not present at check-in.
Please have a list of names ready to have tickets placed in will-call.
Please communicate will-call procedures in advance to your guests not present when you receive tickets. Challenges may arise if you’re swimming and your guest cannot get ahold of you!
Tickets are non-refundable. Please account for all package tickets before purchasing additional tickets.

Additional Tickets:

All guests attending NRH₂O are required to have a ticket, regardless of whether they are swimming.
Parents/chaperones of children attending NRH₂O are required to have a ticket.
Additional party tickets are $21.99 each.
Birthday add-on tickets are available at the ticket booth and group sales office.
Guests must request a birthday add-on ticket and mention the name of the birthday party reservation before paying to receive the discounted rate of $21.99.
All ticket sales are final; refunds are not permitted.

Check-In Process:
Our goal is to make check-in as easy as possible! Groups can begin checking in at 10:30 a.m. Entry into NRH₂O is allowed starting at 11:00 a.m.

Express Check-In: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Located to the right of the front gate.
Look for the banner that says “Happy Birthday!”
Signs will point to the Express Check-In Gate.

Late Check-In: 12:30 p.m. and after

Located to the left of the front gate.
Look for the double green doors under the blue and white awnings.

Party Decorations:

Decorations such as tablecloths, balloons with weights, table toppers, and goodie bags are permitted.
NOT ALLOWED: Confetti, streamers, large inflatables, or glass decorations.
When decorating, please be respectful of nearby groups.

Coolers & Outside Food:

NOT ALLOWED: Glass containers, knives, alcohol, or restaurant-prepared food/beverages (e.g., pizza, fast food, deli trays, or gas station drinks).
NOT ALLOWED: Crockpots or sternos.
ALLOWED: Pre-packaged foods such as chips, cookies, sandwich bread, and lunch meat.
ALLOWED: Plastic bottles, canned sodas, juices, and water (no alcohol or glass).
ALLOWED: Cakes for birthdays/registered groups are permitted. Please notify staff upon check-in if refrigeration is required. Only one cake per group may be refrigerated. No other food items will be refrigerated.
Coolers (60 quarts or smaller) are permitted. Ice must remain bagged until after cooler check. Coolers larger than 60 quarts are subject to a $30 cooler fee.
Empty plastic or metal refillable bottles are allowed (no glass). Bottles may be filled after entry into the park.
Please be prepared to have all bags and coolers checked before entry.

Ordering Pizza from NRH₂O:

Registered groups and birthday parties may order pizza while visiting.
Large 16” pizzas – cheese or pepperoni (8 slices each).
Large pizzas cost $24.99 each.
Gluten-friendly cauliflower crust pizzas are also available. Ask your host for details.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made at least one week prior to your scheduled visit date are eligible for a refund.
To reschedule your event, please contact groups@nrh2o.com at least 72 hours before your event.
No refunds will be issued to groups that do not show up for their reservation.

Guest Guidelines:

Family-friendly swimwear is required. No thongs or revealing swimwear permitted.
NRH₂O is not responsible for lost or stolen items left unattended. Lockers can be rented from kiosks located in the locker area.
Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided free of charge inside the park.
Outside flotation devices are not permitted as they may cover the water surface and prevent lifeguards from seeing the pool bottoms. Inner tubes are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis in the NRH2Ocean and Endless River. Exceptions include arm floaties, inflatable baby floats (with direct parental contact), and Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Arm floaties must be worn with a life jacket in the wave pool, and the child must remain within arm’s length of a parent/guardian. Baby floats must have a seat and no hard surfaces and are not allowed in the wave pool.

Conduct & Safety:
Please follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unsafe conduct may result in removal without refund.

Substance-Free Policy:
Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, and illegal drugs are not permitted and will result in removal.
